What is Sancharak
An API-first sending platform, run by the people who receive its mail
#Sancharak (Sanskrit for “the communicator”) is a transactional and campaign email platform designed and operated in-house by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited. It gives 4Brains’ own products, and a small number of clients, a way to send account emails, receipts, alerts and opt-in campaigns through infrastructure that a single team owns end to end — not a shared multi-tenant relay.
Because 4Brains controls the full stack, from the mail transfer agents to the API and the delivery database, we can guarantee things a shared platform cannot: a stable sending identity, immediate and unconditional unsubscribe handling, and a real human who answers abuse mail. That is the point of this page.
Why this matters to you
Built for the inbox on the other end
#Sancharak sends transactional mail (receipts, confirmations, alerts) and permission-based campaign mail on behalf of 4Brains and a limited set of clients. Every design decision below exists to make that mail easy to trust and easy to stop receiving.
One identity per stream
Each sending stream keeps a consistent hostname, IP and DKIM selector rather than rotating through shared pools, so receiving systems can build a real reputation history for it instead of re-evaluating it every time.
Opt-out is instant
Unsubscribe requests, whether one-click or via the List-Unsubscribe header, are honoured immediately and enforced platform-wide. There is no queue, no re-confirmation step and no way for that address to be re-added to the same list.
Abuse mail reaches a person
abuse@sancharak.com and postmaster@sancharak.com are read by the team that operates the platform, not a ticket system that files reports and forgets them. See the abuse page for what to send us.
